Penny Burns, founder of Beauty Cast and a long-time beauty school owner, recognized a need to connect students with potential beauty industry employers better. That was in 2013. Since then, we have seen an explosion of technology and a pandemic that changed everything. Today, there are open positions everywhere in the beauty industry. Fresh young talent is everywhere, but those talent resources are not being connected with open career opportunities.
In 2022, our team began a remodel and repositioning of the Beauty Cast network and has launched a new database driven CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform that will present beauty students to employers and let students know of beauty industry employers seeking talent. We call this a LEAD GENERATION OPPORTUNITY NETWORK. Employers want “Talent” and you want “Opportunities.” It’s a perfect marriage, driven by technology and fueled by YOU – and your willingness to follow our process.
